You have the opportunity to win a signed copy of Markus Stitz’s outstanding new book, Gravel Rides Cairngorms & Perthshire, and a GRVL x Chimney Fire Coffee Bidon!
Markus’ new book showcases 15 of the best gravel bike rides across the Cairngorms National Park and south into Perthshire and the Angus Glens. From 14 to 77 kilometres in length and covering a variety of terrain, there is something for every gravel cyclist.
Researched, ridden and written by Bikepacking Scotland’s Markus Stitz, the routes feature clear and easy-to-use Ordnance Survey maps; easy-to-follow directions; details of distance, timings and difficulty gradings; stunning action photography; refreshment stops and local knowledge; and a detailed appendix. Also included is a link to downloadable GPX files.
The GRVL x Chimney Fire Coffee Bidon contains a well balanced espresso roast that has a sweet, chocolatey and nutty flavour, produced on a Brazilian family run farm. The best bit? Once you have finished sipping the finest GRVL coffee, reuse the bidon to fuel future adventures on the bike!

A winner will be selected at random and contacted via Instagram in the week beginning 16th June.

One (1) winner will receive:

Competition Dates
- The competition will run from Friday 6th June 2025 (at the time of posting) to Friday 13th June 2025 (closing at 11:59 PM BST on 13th June).
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Like the competition Instagram post
- Follow both @reizkultur (Markus Stitz) and @grvl.apparel (GRVL) on Instagram
- Tag a minimum of one (1) member of their ‘gravel crew’ (other accounts on Instagram) in the post comments.
Eligibility
- Open to participants aged 18 or over.
- Only entries made via Instagram that meet all entry requirements will be considered.
Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by GRVL in the week beginning Monday 16th June.
- If the winner does not respond within 3 days of being notified, GRVL reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
