Itinerary
Day 1 – Heading North - 40km / 700M+
We’ll welcome you at the train station or airport around noon, starting the trip with a drink and an introductory briefing. The day then unfolds with an orientation ride through Oslomarka, a vast and wild landscape on the edge of Oslo - ideal for stretching your legs and taking in the Scandinavian scenery. In the evening, we settle into our accommodation deep in nature for the first shared dinner. From the very first pedal stroke, the magic of the North is unmistakable.
Day 2 – From Valleys to Peaks - 70km / 1200M+ (Pick-up van or possible 30 km extension)
We will venture through dense forests, red-tinted villages, and sweeping pastoral valleys, steadily climbing to more dramatic terrain. The city disappears behind us, leaving only the vast, unspoiled Norwegian landscape. By day’s end, we’ll arrive at a mountain refuge to relax and enjoy a hearty meal infused with local flavors - an authentic experience that will stay with you long after the ride.
Day 3 – Ridges, Lakes & Wide-Open Views - 60km - 1400M+
At daybreak, a yoga session will be available for those who want to stretch gently before setting off. The day’s route meanders past glistening lakes, quiet valleys, and soaring ridges. The highlight is the Slettefjell Pass - a natural balcony offering sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. At every turn, pristine landscapes and breathtaking panoramas will make this a day to remember.
Day 4 – Scenic Roads & Nordic Rituals - 90km - 1400M+
We will continue along the panoramic roads of Valdresflye, a true highlight of the trip. Surreal, almost lunar landscapes, dramatic light, and the rare sensation of total solitude accompany every pedal stroke. After the ride, the reward awaits: a lakeside sauna, an icy plunge for the daring, and a celebratory dinner to close the day in style. A pure concentration of Norway at its most striking.
Day 5 – A Gentle Farewell - 30km - 450M+
On this final ride, we will take a gentle pace, allowing you to fully soak in the beauty of this Nordic escape. Forests, soft sunlight, and endless vistas invite quiet reflection. After a shared lunch amidst nature, it’s time to return. We’ll see you to Oslo’s train station or airport around 5 PM, hearts light and minds rich with memories. Takk Norge.
