Will there be new collections coming soon?

Yes! We believe in slow, limited edition drops rather than mass production. Our products are produced with care and consideration and in small batches to reduce discounts and waste. Keep an eye out for new colours, styles, and limited editions launching throughout the year.

Do you sell in stores?

Currently we only sell on www.grvl.cc. If you would like to see GRVL sold in your specialist cycle store, then please let us have their details so we can check them out. If you live in the Chilterns, you can see the clothing at Church Farm Café in Aldbury or you can visit us in our studio to meet the team and try on garments. Please make an appointment first by emailing our team directly at hello@grvl.cc

Where are your garments made?

Our garments are designed in the United Kingdom and crafted with trusted international partners who share our dedication to quality and ethical production. Our principle factory is a leading expert in high performance sportswear and is 100% carbon neutral.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If you can’t find the tracking details, email our team directly at hello@grvl.cc

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee changes once an order is processed.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

Currently, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the piece you would like.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Delivery options and times will be shown at checkout.

Is international shipping available?

Yes. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country; these are the responsibility of the customer.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £150. For orders under £150, shipping is charged at £4.95 within the UK, £14.95 for EU destinations, and £19.95 for the rest of the world. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3–4 working days, EU orders within 6–7 working days, and international orders within 12–18 working days.

Tax and Duty charge?

All orders shipping outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and duties. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are outside of our control. We kindly advise you to contact your local customs office for an estimate of applicable fees before placing your order. Payment of any taxes and duties is the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to non-payment of these charges. If duties and taxes are not settled promptly, your shipment may be destroyed without the possibility of a refund. By placing an international order with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
