Featuring Shimano’s gravel-focussed GRX Di2 groupset with hydraulic disc brakes this is as at home on tough gravel, as it is being a robust commuter.
Why have we chosen this specification? Simple, hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm discs front and rear give maximum stopping power in all conditions, Di2 electronic shifting is super-reliable and the GRX levers give improved grip and confidence on choppy surfaces.
This spec works really well for gravel or cyclocross, but would equally be at home grinding out the miles along towpaths and the tarmac. Combine all of this with our T700 and T800 carbon fast gravel frameset and you have one of the most capable gravel bikes on the market.

L’Enfer du Nord SRAM Rival AXS XPLR
The SRAM Rival AXS XPLR build may be entry level in terms of wireless components from SRAM, but punches well above its price point. The XPLR components are designed specifically for gravel and this is a highly capable all-round machine. Ideal as the ‘next step up’ after an introduction to gravel bikes, or ridden as the ultra-reliable steed for the tech-savvy, this bike is a lot of fun.
